  convention! \nJoe and pastor had a good time. Joe did a great job listen
 ing\, participating and learning. He would like to share a few take aways 
 from this years convention: \n\nChapel singing was great. \nThe orgizati
 onal effectiveness and complexity done by pastors and teachers and lay peo
 ple who all have other jobs is impressive. There are so many people doing 
 so many things! \nStaying in the dorm was a good time. Much cooler and ni
 cer than expected. \n\nIt's wonderful to be part of a denomination like t
 he Wisconsin Evangelical Lutheran Synod. We do a lot of good together and
