What a great weekend! We got to welcome Mia and Sophie into God's kingdom and pray for Micah and Taylor in their parenting work. We know they are starting out on a long journey and ask for the Spirit to give them so much wisdom along the way.

Great Sunday this week! I'm excited for Lillian Timmermann who plans to publicly profess faith in Jesus as her Savior and Lord. We the people of Peace will get to confirm that she has heard God's Word and that she has received the gift of faith and the Holy Spirit. I'm excited to publicly welcome Lillian! After the service, we'll gather for cake!
I invite you to bring Lillian a card or another token of encouragement to remember this day. Let's pray for Lillian.
Dear Jesus, we thank you and praise you for giving your life for Lillian and making her your child through the waters of baptism. We're humbled and grateful that you have continued to work in her life through your Word to make her your child and give her so much and confidence in your love. Work in her this weekend so that she hears your promises and believes.
